Equipped with a reliable DC compressor, the fridge delivers efficient and rapid cooling while minimising noise, which stays at a low level of 45 dB, so you enjoy a quiet environment during use.

The Overlander Car Fridge for camping comes with an AC to DC adapter and a DC power cable of 2,5 metres, giving you flexible power options. It also has an internal anti-leak reservoir to prevent any incidents.

1. Instructions for Use

Installation

• Ventilation: Make sure there is enough ventilation around the fridge to prevent overheating.

• Control Panel: Use the control panel to set the desired temperature.

• Operating Modes: Select the desired mode (fridge/freezer) depending on the model.

Loading

• Food Distribution: Place food in the fridge, leaving enough space for air circulation.

• Maximum Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum capacity specified for each model.

2. Maintenance and Cleaning

Maintenance

• Periodic Checks: Periodically check the power cable and plug for signs of wear or damage.

• Cleaning the Ventilation Openings: Make sure the ventilation openings are not blocked.

Cleaning

• Disconnection: Unplug the fridge before cleaning.

• Interior: Clean the interior with a solution of warm water and neutral soap. Dry well before reconnecting.

• Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.

3. What Not to Do

Improper Use

• Do not overload the fridge: Exceeding the specified maximum capacity can lead to inefficient operation and damage to the internal components.

Neglected Maintenance

• Do not open or close the door forcefully: Using excessive force when opening or closing the door can damage the seals and hinges.

• Do not cram the fridge in or place luggage on top of it: Avoid squeezing the fridge between other luggage or objects. Make sure there is free space around the fridge to allow adequate ventilation. Cramming the fridge in can cause it to overheat and fail. Do not place other luggage or heavy objects on top of the fridge. This can damage the fridge’s housing, affect its performance and cause mechanical or electrical problems.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

Warranty

Overlander car fridges are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective materials.

Disclaimer

Faults arising from incorrect use, negligence or failure to follow the instructions in this manual are not covered by the warranty. Improper use includes, but is not limited to:

• Overloading the fridge.

• Use in extreme conditions (very high or low temperatures).

• Connecting to unsuitable power sources.

• Neglecting regular maintenance and cleaning.

• Improper handling during transport.

• Cramming the fridge between other luggage or placing other objects on top of it.
